Refund policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Refunds


We accept requests for refunds in the following cases:


Product faulty or damaged on receipt.

Product not as described.

General dissatisfaction with the product (subject to the specific conditions below).


2. Refund conditions


To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:


The refund request must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Personalised products are not eligible for a refund.

Free refunds are available in 2 cases:

- The customer has validated their order at the time of purchase using DPD delivery, so Hole Black will provide a free returns label on request.

- The customer has paid the return costs if they had opted for any other delivery method.

Please also note thatthere will be no pro-rata refund on a package, an exchange of products or sizes will of course be possible.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:


Contact our customer service team at contact@hole-black.com and provide details of your order and refund request.

Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions if approved.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you of receipt of the item and whether or not your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
