At Hole Black, we are committed to providing a reliable delivery service and a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our delivery and returns policy carefully:
1. Delivery and Prices
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Here are a few points to bear in mind regarding our delivery policy:
The delivery charges and times below are for mainland France and may vary depending on your geographical location and the shipping methods available.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Rates for FRANCE:
- Free delivery to a 24h/48H delivery point for a minimum purchase of €39 with Colissimo.
- Free delivery to a 72H/96H relay point for a minimum purchase of €39 with Mondial Relay.
- 5.95€ for delivery to a 24/48H point relais if the purchase is under 39€.
- 7.95 for 24H/48H home delivery with DPD FRANCE (La Poste Group)
- 8.95 for 48H/72H home delivery with LA POSTE COLISSIMO
- 19€ for express home delivery in 24H (if order placed before 15:00) with CHRONOPOST
Please note that as orders are collected at 4pm, only orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Prices OUTSIDE FRANCE
- Home delivery for orders under €49: €12
- FREE home delivery for orders over €49 to the following countries: Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria.
- For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs fees will be added. Please send us an email for a quote.
Delivery time 3 to 5 days.
2. Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please follow these guidelines for returns and exchanges:
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Returns are free of charge if the carrier chosen for the shipment is DPD (and within the limit of one return) and if you are in France.
If you are in one of the above countries - Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria - we can provide you with a return label on request. 12€ will be deducted from your refund for the cost of sending the label.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with their original labels attached.
Please contact our customer service department at contact@hole-black.com to initiate your return or exchange request.
Once we have received your return and checked its condition, we will refund or exchange it as soon as possible.
